Sheriff's Auction: Thirty confiscated automobiles and items to be auctioned in Benton Harbor Wednesday by Berrien County Sheriff's Department.
Rescued Pets: First of 35 pets rescued from puppy mill in New Albany will be ready for adoption June 20; will have big tent set at shelter on West Sixth Street in Mishawaka for adoption day.
Help Animals: CARE is hosting a two-day event June 19 and 20 at Borders. Borders will contribute 10% of your purchase towards the construction of a new animals shelter for South Bend when you present the attached coupon at the time of your purchase.
On June 20 we will have several fun, family-oriented activities:
▪At noon and 2 p.m. we will have Story Time with "Angelo," the SBACC Shelter Cat. We will be reading Dr. Seuss's tale "The Cat in the Hat."
▪From 1-1:30 p.m. we will have a magic show performed performed by Kevin Wilson of Abracadabra Magic.
▪From 11 a.m.-4 p.m. we will have animals available for adoption from SBACC.
